Account & Login
Q: I can’t log in. A: Upvy uses Google social login. Please check your Google account connection status in account settings.
Q: I want to delete my account. A: Go to App Settings > Account Management > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted.
Content & Features
Q: I can’t upload videos. A: Please check the following:
- Photo library access permission is granted
- Video file size is under 100MB
- Stable network connection
Q: Where can I see my liked/saved content? A: Go to Profile > Saved tab to view them.
Other
Q: The app keeps crashing. A: Update to the latest version or reinstall the app. If the problem persists, contact us via email below.
