1. Service Introduction

Upvy (hereinafter “Service”) is a short-form learning platform with the slogan “Turn Scroll Time into Growth Time”. Users can naturally gain new knowledge and insights while enjoying scrolling.

2. Service Usage

By agreeing to these terms, you agree to the following:

  • Only users aged 14 and above can use the service
  • Create an account through social login (Google, Naver, Kakao)
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining account security
  • Do not infringe on others’ rights or engage in illegal activities

3. Content and Copyright

User-Uploaded Content

Users retain copyright to their uploaded content and grant Upvy a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, and modify such content.

AI-Generated Content

To secure initial content, we provide AI-edited videos from YouTube CC license videos. All content clearly indicates the original author’s source.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Infringement of others’ copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights
  • Dissemination of false information or fraudulent activities
  • Profanity, hate speech, discriminatory remarks
  • Service disruption or system hacking attempts
  • Indiscriminate posting of spam and advertising content

5. Service Changes and Suspension

Upvy may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service without prior notice. However, important changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

6. Disclaimer

Upvy provides the service “as is” and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the service. We are not responsible for damages resulting from users’ use of the service.

7. Account Termination

Users can delete their account at any time. All data is unrecoverable upon account deletion. Upvy may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice for violations of these terms.

8. Terms Modification

These terms may be changed as necessary, and changes will be announced through in-service notifications. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the service.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to service use are subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
